Information: Patricia has worked in the mortgage industry for 31 years. She has 25 years experience in mortgage underwriting. A native of Syracuse, New York, Patricia moved to Florida in 2004 with her husband of 25 years. She graduated from LaFayette Central on the Honor Roll with a Regents Diploma. Over her 31 year career she has obtained numerous certifications from various authorities in the Mortgage Industry, including Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and FHA (Federal Housing Authority). For the past year she has utilized her underwriting skills in becoming a Modification Specialist.
